Our Projects
Jon S. Corzine
I am confident that you will fulfill the duties and responsibilities of this (sic) position with competence and integrity. With your continued support, we can improve the quality of life for all New Jerseyans.
Shivprasad Wodeyar
Bayode is someone I could see in corporate leadership. As students in the EMTM program at Penn, He actively contributed and often took the lead on multiple team projects in the engineering and Wharton school courses. He also participated in an educational group travel to Ireland to understand the country’s economic growth and operations of large businesses in sectors like wind energy, financial services and software. The experience gained from this program continues to shape his career even years after and I expect him to continue to innovate as a business leader.
MoRui Li
I am very glad to have the chance to work with Bayode at Checkpoint for almost 4 years. He worked as an expert in testing for RF products and regulatory approvals for these products. He had a keen interest in technology innovation in the retail RFID space. It had been such a pleasure to work with him. I really enjoyed it.
Bayode Olabisi
In the summer of 2000, Bayode got a career start in the most innovative, dynamic field of knowledge that is redefining and reshaping our everyday lives – engineering.
After almost a decade in this field that included an R&D role in testing of short range wireless radio products used for brick and mortar retail security at Checkpoint, he accepted an appointment by Governor Corzine to serve on a board overseeing about 2000 professionals in a consumer protection context under the New Jersey attorney general’s office. While continuing full time work at the company, in 2011 he was tapped for a social responsibility project for that company’s CEO – a unique while brief opportunity that saw him apply his Wharton School training on the intersection of technology and corporate leadership. In 2014, he was an independent candidate in New Jersey’s second congressional district election.
Since Checkpoint, while keeping his board oversight role, he has led Telcron on a journey engaging in various private and public sector client projects and more recently in re-build/re-think/re-launch mode to explore core transformational growth areas: securing digital marketplaces for luxury goods, launching social media powered, ESG compliant virtual mark for tech products at b4gadget, promoting financial platform for pet care and payment innovation at Gestalt Fund, and multi-pronged advanced technology initiatives on data centricity along with federal contracting programs at Telcron(I). Websites that offer color to these endeavors include: gestaltfund.com, telcron.net, b4gadget.com, and outperform35.com.
In the 2018-2019 period, he visited half of all U.S. states and has plans to visit the remaining in the near future.
As the world navigates Covid-19 and its aftermath in a renewed social justice environment, he realizes the contract between business and society is evolving into one that social impact will be just as important as great innovation, and firms that hold this truth self-evident will have an edge. Consequently, what he aims to define his time in this era is not only work on technology innovation that improve our lives, but to foster workplaces that appreciate diversity in thought and character, and to help retool corporate leadership to look and behave more like their stakeholders.
His educational background includes studies at George Washington University (Doctoral, Engineering Management), University of Pennsylvania (Executive Master’s, Management of Technology), and New Jersey Institute of Technology (Master’s, Telecommunications; Bachelor’s, Electrical Engineering).

Written Remarks At Candidate Event Circ 2014
I’m honored to be here today. Thanks so much for the opportunity. I’m a North Jersey guy that moved two hours south for a job ten years ago and have liked it since (haha). The food must be good – wait – I think it’s the people!. Before that, I lived for many years 5000 miles away, and in my time in New Jersey earned two engineering degrees from NJIT and got advanced... The power of goodbye: How carve-outs can unleash value
Separations can be a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to create value for the remaining and separated companies. The secret? Get granular about support costs and personal about talent. The rationale for combining businesses into one company, or for splitting them apart, should be the same: to create more value. Yet we often hear leaders describe separations as the opposite of
